Highway 99 will be closed Tuesday and Wednesday night in McFarland for demolition of the Kern Avenue Pedestrian Overcrossing.

Weather permitting, Highway 99 will be closed from Sherwood Avenue to Perkins Avenue Tuesday, May 16 and Wednesday, May 17 from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. each night.

Posted detours will be available for travelers.

Closures may continue for longer periods of time if necessary.
