The asking price for the northeast Bakersfield home is $649,900, according to the Bakersfield Association of Realtors' website.
The three bedroom, single-family home at 1325 Baker Street was built in 1899.
The Noriega House has recently served as a popular entertainment venue in Bakersfield, serving as a backdrop for weddings, events, parties and more over the years.
