A bicyclist is in critical condition after being hit by a vehicle Sunday night.
According to the Bakersfield Police Department, a man riding a bike was hit by a vehicle in the area of South P Street and Terrace Way. Police were dispatched to the scene just before 10:45 p.m.
The man on the bike was taken to a hospital where he's listed in critical condition. The extent of his injuries are not known.
Police say the driver of the vehicle left the scene and there were no witnesses to the collision.
