The Kern County Department of Human Services is gearing up for the 2017 Jobfest Series which is working with several Kern County retailers to hire for seasonal employees.
On Wednesday, September 13th, job seekers can head down to the marketplace located at 9000 Ming Avenue in Bakersfield to apply for any open positions.
Participating retailers include Charming Charlie, Talbot, Ulta Beauty, Patrick James, Williams-Sonoma, and Que Pasa. Those who want to apply for any of the open positions should plan to visit between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.

Walmart - Saturday, September 23, 2017, 9:00 am – 11:00 am
Hiring managers will be at the Northwest Promenade location, 8400 Rosedale Highway. Walmart will be hiring at this location for all Bakersfield locations.
Outlets at Tejon - Thursday, October 5, 2017, 10:00 am – 1:00 pm
JobFest team members will be on location to assist jobseekers with mentoring support and to guide then to participating retailer locations. Look for the friendly people dressed in Black & Teal
Valley Plaza Mall - Wednesday, October 11, 2017, 10:00 am – 1:00 pm
