Home Depot robbery suspect wanted by police, attempted to pepper spray employee

The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for the public's help in both identifying and locating a suspect wanted for robbery.

The suspect entered the Home Depot located at 8700 Rosedale Highway. After concealing items in a bag, the suspect walked out of Home Depot and struggled with an employee who she then attempted to pepper spray. 

A male proceeded to try and intervene and both he and the suspect then jumped into a car.

The car is described as a newer model Acura, black, with a possible BMW paper plate. 

The female suspect is described as a white female adult, 25 years old, 5'5", thin build, brown hair, brown eyes, pierced nose, black shirt and grey shirt. 

The male suspect is described as a Hispanic male, approximately 25 years old, long black hair, wearing both a black shirt and black cargo pants.
