Hong Kong Restaurant in Central Bakersfield closed due to active vermin infestation

Hong Kong restaurant on 623 Chester Avenue has been closed by Kern County Public Health due to multiple health violations including an active vermin infestation. 

According to KCPD, violations include observed rodent droppings directly on top of several food contact areas, food contact areas, food packaging areas, utensils and food equipment throughout the facility. Public Health also noted a severe build up of grease on the sides and underneath the stove, work station and fryer.
