Eighteen World War II and Korean War veterans will be returning to Bakersfield Monday night.
The Honor Flight takes veterans to Washington D.C. to see the war memorials that were built in their honor.
Those who wish to greet the heroes are encouraged to go to Meadows Field at the William M. Thomas Terminal.
The next flight takes place May 6.
