BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — According to Houchin Community Blood Bank, due to recent wet and cold weather, there has been a decrease in blood donations.
With several weeks of winter ahead as well as forecasted severe winter weather, the blood bank is concerned.
Houchin is asking anyone interested in giving blood to consider scheduling an appointment to make a donation.
