BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The Housing Outreach Partnership will host its third annual California Landlord's Summit on Homelessness on September 30 from 9 a.m. to noon.

The Summit will feature guest speaker Charles Marohn, founder of Strong Towns.

Rent guarantees, tenant support, and other various topics will be discussed.
