Today, hundreds of families came out for The Blessing Corner's 15Th Annual Back to School Fun Day.
Kids were given backpacks filled with notebooks, pencils, crayons, and so many other goodies.
Parents and their kids began lining up at 6am to take advantage of the free school supples.
Over 80 volunteers and local businesses from the around the community came together to make sure these kids have everything thing they need to make the upcoming year a successful one.
From ponies, to face painting, games and giveaways, Back 2 School Fun Day was filled with lots of entertainment that brought smiles to all the kids in attendance.
But it wasn’t all just fun and games. From on site vaccinations, to blood pressure readings, health advocates were there to promote good health.
Thanks to the Blessing Corner, these kids have everything they need to make the upcoming school year a great one.
