BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — Caltrans says it's closing the Northbound I-5 on-ramp from Highway 46 this weekend for construction.

According to a news release, the scheduled closure will start Friday May 17 at 6 p.m. until Monday May 20 at 6 a.m.

If necessary, Caltrans says the upcoming closures could continue for longer periods of time due to weather delays.
