A new Forbes report suggests Bakersfield is one of the worst cities in America to find summer work, based on a Manpower Employment Outlook Survey.

Bakersfield tied Baton Rouge, La. for the third worst city in America to find a job this summer, with a five percent employment outlook. New Orleans took the worst spot.

On a brighter note, Albany, NY is the best place to find summer work, followed by Richmond, Va. and Charleston, SC.
