BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — It's official! Dave & Buster's is set to open in Bakersfield on August 10, 2020, the company confirmed with 23ABC on Monday.

Dave & Buster's brands itself as an arcade for adults, featuring gaming areas, a bar and restaurant. The company also confirmed that its Bakersfield location will be at the Valley Plaza Mall on Ming Avenue.

Back in June, The City of Bakersfield Planning Division confirmed that it had met with Dave & Buster's representatives.
