BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — 23ABC is seeing a lot more businesses reopen in the past few weeks, with many more expected to follow suit this week, for coffee lovers who pass through downtown Bakersfield.

A popular neighborhood "java shack" just recently started "brewing" again, and that's got their customers
"percolating"

Andy Taylor opened "the filling station" 20 years ago in the parking lot of Westchester liquors at 24th and F streets
Taylor says the other big challenge has been ongoing construction along 24th street right in front of the 'filling station.'

However, you can get in and out by using 'F street.
