Jimmi Teagarden was sentenced to three years and eight months in prison after pleading no contest to DUI causing injury and vehicular manslaughter without gross negligence.

Teagarden was on trial for allowing a GMC Sierra pickup to drift off the road and turn over, which killed 26-year-old Justin Pensinger on August 18, 2015.
