JJ's Legacy will be honoring Bakersfield local Glen Patrick Haenelt after he passed away on March 28, 2016 and was able to donate his cornea and tissue which in turn gave the gift of life to several people.
Haenelt was born in Bakersfield, attended Liberty High School and Taft College as well. He was a husband, son, brother, and friend as well as an athlete.
JJ's Legacy will be presenting the Gift of Life Award to the family of Glen Patrick Haenelt. The award is given in order to recognize the individuals gift of life at the Donate Life Rose Parade.
