The man found guilty of murdering an 88-year-old Delano man will be sentenced Monday morning.
John Galafate was found guilty in February of killing John Espinoza.
Espinoza's body was found in the trunk of a car that was submerged in a canal back in September of 2013.
Galafate was found guilty of first-degree murder.
His sentencing is scheduled for 8:30 a.m.
