(UPDATE: August 7, 2018 4:53 P.M.): A computer glitch showed that Kamisama Ramen had received 100% scores with no issues found. The restaurant is still closed after earning a 74% on their inspection. The violations as of August 6 said that there is still signs of cockroaches.
UPDATE August 7: Kamisama Ramen is back open. August 2, 3 and 6, the Department of Public Health filed reports with 100% scores and no issues found.

Kamisama Ramen on Calloway Drive has closed after failing a health inspection by Kern County Public Health, according to a report.
The report says there was cockroaches in multiple areas of the kitchen. The restaurant was also lacking soap and sanitizers at the cook line and dishwasher areas.
In addition to these violations, Kamisama Ramen employees lack food handlers cards in order to cook in the kitchen.
The restaurant scored a 59%.
