BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — On Monday Kern County Animal Services announced on social media that they are in "urgent" need of foster fur-parents.

In a Facebook post, KCAS said their kennels are full and at capacity.

If you're able to foster a dog you can visit KCAS at 3951 Fruitvale Avenue in Northwest Bakersfield.
