Kern County Fire Investigators are asking the public's help with locating a person of interest related to a structure fire in the 1200-block of El Tejon Avenue in Oildale.

Firefighters responded around 10:00 a.m. this morning. This person is possibly Jeremy Silva--18 or 19 years old, caucasian male.
