KCSO detectives and California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control agents conducted compliance checks at liquor stores and convenience stores in the Oildale area on September 6, 2018,
According to KCSO, Delia Franco, 38 and Meghan Gail, 29 from Bakersfield purchased alcohol for a minor decoy at establishments that sell alcohol. Gail and Franco were issued citations for furnishing alcohol to a minor.
While near 900 North Chester Avenue, detectives also located a suspect who committed a burglary in the area and placed him under arrest.
