KCSO arrests five suspects in Mojave theft investigation

According to Kern County Sheriff's Office, deputies arrested five suspects for a theft investigation in Mojave on October 30.

When KCSO arrived to the 1600 block K Street they found stolen equipment from Edwards AFB, a stolen vehicle, tools, and a generator. 

The investigation led KCSO deputies to two nearby homes where they found drug paraphernalia and narcotics.

KCSO deputies arrested the following individuals during their investigation:

46-year-old Richard Firth for, possession of stolen property, grand theft auto false information to a peace officer and a felony warrant out of San Diego County.

41-year-old Roberto Lopez for drug paraphernalia and possession of stolen property.

47-year-old Rebecca Valadez for a felony warrant.

30-year-old Aaron Valadez for under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

35-year-old Aaron Coleman for child endangerment and possession of a controlled substance.

The final suspect KCSO arrested was 24-year-old Vanessa Valdez for child endangerment and possession of a controlled substance.

KCSO says the investigation is currently ongoing.
