KCSO arrests suspect in 4th of July murder at pot shop, second suspect still on the loose

The Kern County Sheriff's Office has arrested a man in connection with a murder on the Fourth of July.

Troy Sanders was taken into custody on Friday in connection to the shooting death of Michael Dorrough at the Mars Collective on Union Avenue. A second person was also shot. Sanders now faces murder, mayhem and gang charges. 

KCSO is still looking for a second suspect, identified as Rudolph Romel Gibson. Gibson is on the loose. He's described as 6-foot-1, 190 pounds. The 25-year-old is considered armed and extremely dangerous.
