KCSO has called off the search for a suspect in in the Chelsea and Fillmore area. Deputies called off the search for Jacob Duval because they were unable to find him. KCSO says Duval violated his restraining order for domestic violence. Deputies say they don't know where Duval can be.

Kern County Sheriff's deputies were called to the area of Chelsea Street in East Bakersfield for a man in violation of a restraining order. 

KCSO says the subject was not in him home when they went in.

They are now searching for the suspect in the area. 

Deputies don't know if he is armed or threatening suicide by a cop. 

Homes are being evacuated in the area and SWAT may be called in to assist with the investigation.
