KCSO Deputy awarded First Responder Recognition of the Year award

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The Kern County Sheriff's Office recognized Deputy Jacob Martinez who was awarded with the American Legion Post 711 First Responder Recognition of the Year Award.
