KCSO execute warrants on two Marijuana Dispensaries

On October 19, members of the Kern County Sheriff's Office Narcotics Unit executed search warrants at marijuana dispensaries at "BMC" and "PWC" in Bakersfield. 

The total seizures for both locations include:

79.3 pounds of processed marijuana with an estimated street value of $79,300.00.

2,329 grams of marijuana concentrates with an estimated street value of $46,580.00.

223 packages of edibles with an estimated street value of $2,230.00.

19 marijuana plants.

$3,989 in currency.

One fully functional commercial grade Butane Honey Oil Lab.
A small amount of suspected cocaine.

Salvador Patino Velazquez, 43, David Munoz, 55, Kyle Austin, 31, Eduardo Armenia, 29 and Terion David, 27, were arrested, cited and released for a misdemeanor violation of marijuana sales and a misdemeanor county ordinance violation, according to police.

Officers said that Jeffery Ross, 60 and Enrique Lizarraga, 37, were arrested and booked for felony a violation maintaining a business for the purposes of marijuana sales, felony conspiracy, misdemeanor sales of marijuana, misdemeanor cultivation of marijuana and a misdemeanor county ordinance violation.

Liset Cuellar, 27, was arrested, cited, and released for possession of an illegal drug and for her outstanding misdemeanor warrants, according to police.

Brian Ransom, 31, was arrested, cited, and released for his outstanding misdemeanor warrants, deputies said.
