INYO COUNTY, Calif. — Local Kern County Sheriff's Deputies assisted law enforcement in Inyo County search for a missing hiker.

KCSO posted on their Facebook page that an air-5 was requested for mutual aid to assist in locating a missing 75-year-old hiker in Inyo County near Death Valley. They assisted in transporting search and rescue members to a remote location and conducted an aerial search.

The hiker has not been located and crews are still searching.
