The Kern County Sheriff's Office is investigating a deadly shooting in East Bakersfield on Wednesday morning.
A shooting was first reported just before 2:45 a.m. in the area of Niles and Mount Vernon.
KCSO confirms with 23ABC that a coroner identified 37-year-old Scott Richard Fraser as the man shot by another at the above-mentioned location. He died at the scene.
No other information has been provided.
