The Kern County Sheriff's Office is investigating a homicide in Weldon.

KCSO says they got the call just before 2 p.m. on Sunday and were sent to the 5300 block of Isabel Road. When they arrived, they found a male victim who appeared to be suffering from gunshot wounds.
