BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The Kern County Sheriff's Office is investigating possible distribution of child pornography involving North High students.

23ABC News yesterday received a video of two North High students engaging in sexual activity during class.

KCSO and the Kern High School District are both investigating the incident. KHSD put out this statement yesterday:

North High School administration is aware of the situation between two students. The school’s administration immediately contacted the Kern County Sheriff’s Office and made contact with the parents of each student in the class. The Kern High School District’s goal is always the safety and welfare of our students. This incident will be thoroughly investigated and the appropriate discipline will be applied

Today, KCSO says the investigation is ongoing and they are "looking into all aspects of the incident."
