The Kern County Sheriff's Office is investigating a suspicious death in northwest Bakersfield Wednesday night.

KCSO said they received a call on Nov. 29 around 5:15 p.m. of a person who was dead in a home on the 15000 block of Tallus Drive. 

KCSO said the death is suspicious. The cause of death has not yet been determined. 

Deputies will be on scene investigating for at least another hour, KCSO said.

No other information was immediately available.
