BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The Kern County Sheriff's Office is investigating the death of a baby in East Bakersfield.
KCSO said Saturday, April 13 just after 10 a.m., deputies were dispatched to the 2000 block of Oregon Street for a report of a baby not breathing. Life saving efforts were made and the baby was taken to the hospital where it later died.
