WOFFORD HEIGTHS, Calif. — The Kern County Sheriff's Office said two men reported missing in the mountain areas were located near Johnsondale. They are in good health and said their vehicle had become stuck in the snow up in the mountains off-road.

KCSO said the two men were reported missing after not returning from a trip to Wofford Heights Monday.

According to KCSO, Calum Gower and Cameron Goldensmith were reportedly staying in a cabin in Wofford Heights. KCSO said no one has heard from the men since Monday around Noon. The two were expected home later that day but did not return, according to KCSO.

The two men were last seen driving a lifted dark green 1999 Toyota 4Runner with two white front fenders. The license plate is 4GSS403.

KCSO has teamed up with Search and Rescue, Air Support and deputies from the Kern Valley Substation to search for the men. The search is from the Kernville area to Glennville area.
