WASCO, Calif. — The KCSO Rural Crime Investigation Unit has arrested a man for theft of hemp plants near Gun Club and Highway 46 in the Wasco area.
According to detectives, on September 12 a report led them to 36-year-old Jesus Guerrero who was caught with the stolen hemp.
Guerrero was booked for two counts of violation of Penal Code 487(B)(1)(A) and one count of violation of Vehicle Code 14601.1(A).
