BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — On Friday, investigators with the Kern County Sheriff's Office Narcotics Unit executed a search warrant at the Organic Health Solutions Marijuana Dispensary in Rosamond.

During the search warrant, investigators learned of an additional nearby location which was related to the illegal dispensary and located an indoor marijuana grow and processing structure.

Through both warrants, investigators seized more than 250 pounds of marijuana, 4,952 grams of concentrated marijuana, nearly 300 packages of marijuana edibles, a 9 mm semi-automatic handgun, 312 marijuana plants and nearly $12,000.

40-year-old Eduard Petrosyan was arrested for maintaining a business for the purposes of sales, illegal sales of marijuana, cultivation and conspiracy to commit a crime.
