LAMONT, Calif. — UPDATE: The Kern County Sheriff’s Office has announced that Cherish Smith was found unharmed in Lamont.


The Kern County Sheriff’s Office searching for a missing woman named Cherish Smith last seen in June of 2017 in Bakersfield before she moved to Lamont.

Officials said they do not know what Smith was last wearing.

Weight: 12O
Hair: brown
Eyes: hazel
Race: white
Tattoos: unknown flowers on face, on right upper arm “MCKENVIE”, on lower abdomen Hawaiian bouquet of flowers, and a butterfly on right leg above ankle.
