KCSO is set to announce a new drug testing policy during an upcoming press conference.

KCSO Sheriff Donny Youngblood will announce a new policy regarding random drug testing of Sheriff's Office personnel. The Kern County Sheriff's Command Association and Kern Law Enforcement Agency are in agreement with the new policy.

The press conference will be on Monday, October 1 at 10:00 a.m.at 1350 Norris Road building F.
