UPDATE (June 5, 2017 6:11 p.m.): Martin Torres Leon, 36, has been taken into custody fort criminal threats, child endangerment, brandishing a firearm in the presence of a peace officer, and false imprisonment.

The KCSO SWAT team was called out near 7th Street and Birch Ave in Wasco Monday afternoon around 12:57 p.m.
KCSO received a call for a verbal family disturbance. Four family members were in the home.
One called 911 and said the suspect, one of the family members, had knives and maybe a gun. The first deputy to arrive saw the suspect on the porch with a firearm.
Two family members were able to leave the home, leaving the suspect and a 10-year-old child inside.
SWAT has set up a perimeter around the area.
