Woman wanted for car burglary, identity theft

The Kern County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a woman wanted for vehicle burglary, identity theft, and unlawful use of an access card.

KCSO officials said on March 1st, the woman forced entry into the victim’s locked vehicle and stole several items.

The suspect then went to the Food Max located at 4400 Ming Ave.

Officials said at about 2:20 pm, the suspect committed an act of identity theft and used the victim’s EBT card to purchase groceries.

The suspect is identified as a white female, age around 30-35 years, 5"7.  She weighs around 165-175 and was last known wearing a black T-shirt.
