KCSO is asking for the public's help in solving a homicide from 2016.

On November 21, 2016, Exavier Tappin was found shot inside of a residence near the 1300 block of Bernard St. in East Bakersfield. Tappin died from his injuries, and investigators determined that the cause of death was a homicide.
