KERN COUNTY, Calif. — KCAS says they will resume issuing spay and neuter vouchers for a limited time.

Through June 30, pet owners are allowed to purchase and redeem a voucher for the spay and neutering of their pets at participating Vets.

Vouchers can only be purchased from the Kern County Animal Shelter located at 3951, Fruitvale Ave.

The voucher program is a low-cost option for dog and cat owners.
