BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KERO) — If you're in need of a valentine the Kern County Animal Services has a deal for you. The shelter is lowering the price of adoption for some of their animals the entire month of February.
All dogs that have been in the shelter for longer than two weeks will cost $14 to adopt. Those dogs will be marked with a heart at the shelter.
They are located at 3951 Fruitvale Avenue.
