The Community Connections Partnership (CCP) is awarding a total of $2,663,472 to community-based organizations (CBO) for offender-related services.
$1,240,688 was awarded to six CBO's for transitional housing and sober living environments. Another $1,422,784 was awarded to five CBO's for vocational, education and mentoring services.
The matter will be brought before the Board of Supervisors for final approval. The money comes from the State AB 109 funds.
The CCP is a mandated local committee consisting of criminal justice, behavioral health, social services and other community organizations.
