Kern County Coroner officials on Friday released the name of the man who was found dead in a Mojave home on December 13th.

Officials identified the man as 57-year-old William Jonathan Blair.

Officials added that Blair was found deceased at his residence in the 5900 block of Pioneer Drive in Mojave.

Authorities that a forensic examination was completed on Thursday, and the cause and manner of death are pending further toxicological studies.]

During the Kern County Sheriff's investigation, detectives determined the victim lived with his brother.

According to KCSO, the victim’s brother called 911 after he found the victim down inside the residence.

The victim’s brother was interviewed by detectives and released.

At this time, the death is considered suspicious and there are no suspects outstanding.
