Kern County deputies are asking for the public's help in finding a missing Shafter teenager.
Esperanza “Espee” Perales, 14, of Shafter was reported missing from the Jamison Center at 1010 Shalimar Dr. in East Bakersfield on May 26, 2016, KCSO reported.
Her mother told 23ABC News that she lives in Shafter but went missing from the Bakersfield area. Family members have been posting flyers to help in the search for Esperanza.
If anyone has information on her whereabouts they are asked to call the Sheriff’s Office at 661-861-3110 or Secret Witness at 661-322-4040.
