Kern County Public Health received an updated retail distribution list from the California Department of Public Health that includes the following locations that have been impacted by the voluntary recall of frozen strawberries:
- Bagels and Blenders – Bakersfield

Blimpie - 1201 24th Street, Bakersfield. (This location is no longer in business.)
OTHER LOCAL LOCATIONS THAT HAVE RECALLED STRAWBERRIES
- More locations affected by contaminated strawberry recall
- Greenfield School District addressing serving recalled strawberries at schools
Kern County Public Health’s Environmental Health Division has inspected each of these newly identified locations to ensure that all products have been removed. There have been no reports of Hepatitis A due to consumption of this product.
