Kern County Fire Department firefighters "preparing" for solar eclipse

The Kern County Fire Department is getting ready for the solar eclipse on Monday. 

KCFD posted to their Instagram page saying they were "preparing for the #solareclipse" with two firefighters are standing outside of Fire Station 58 looking up at the sky. 

 

The post was captioned:
