BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — Kern County Fire responded to a vegetation fire north of Bakersfield near Woody Road on Tuesday evening. The initial fire that sparked reached a total of 115 acres and an additional fire that sparked nearby reached 2.75 acres.
Both vegetation fires are completely contained.
Both Kern County Fire and Cal Fire assisted on this incident.
