Kern County Sheriff's Office assisted Tulare County in a pursuit for a suspect who ran from a vehicle. According to the Sheriff's office, the suspect lead Tulare County into Kern County and fled on foot.
Following the pursuit into Kern, officials spoke with the Tulare County Sgt who said that the individual who fled was only wanted for a misdemeanor failure to yield.
All units have cleared the area and officials said Tulare County is no longer in need of assistance.
