THE KERN COUNTY CORONER CONFIRMED 34-YEAR-OLD FRANCISCO MANUEL PAGE WAS KILLED DURING A SINGLE-VEHICLE CRASH. THE CRASH HAPPENED AROUND 2 A.M. THURSDAY ON WESTBOUND HIGHWAY 58 JUST WEST OF HIGHWAY 202. — Investigators are still working to figure out what led to a crash that left a Bakersfield man dead early Thursday morning.

The Kern County coroner confirmed 34-year-old Francisco Manuel Page was killed during a single-vehicle crash. The crash happened around 2 a.m. Thursday on westbound Highway 58 just west of Highway 202. Page was the driver of that vehicle.

He was transported to Kern Medical where he later died as a result of his injuries.
